A traditional pub still doing things the old way

We believe in excellent food, great beer and somewhere to call home serving food 6 days a week.

Steak Night is back on Wednesday evenings (2 x 8oz rump steaks with a bottle of house wine)and our traditional Sunday Lunch is a must.

We love food.
There's no other way to say it, and we're sure you'll agree when you dine with us.

We like to create an informal relaxed dining atmosphere with friendly and welcoming staff, with a good service, whether it be for a special occasion or for a lunch time bite.

We pride ourselves in the fact that we cook to order and everything is freshly prepared and locally sourced where possible. No fast food here. Our chefs take pride in their dishes and are very passionate in producing some finer dishes with flavours and presentation, along with the pub classics.

Contact us about our latest menu as we do update it and introduce new dishes on special's board.

We are open on Bank holiday Mondays  for food until 4pm
